Apple Temptation Cocktail


What's better than a refreshing and aromatic cocktail on a Sunday afternoon in (almost) spring? To not be excessively out of season, we combine absinthe with a typical winter fruit in this cocktail: the apple!

The preparation is effortless, with few ingredients and a guaranteed effect. Only one imperative: use the legendary Assenzio La Covassonne by Absintissimo.



  1. Fill a rock glass to the top with ice cubes
  2. Pour 4 сl of apple juice, 2 сl of honey syrup and 4 сl of La Covassonne absinthe into a shaker
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
  4. Strain into the rock glass
  5. Fill with ginger beer and mix gently
  6. Garnish with 3 apple wedges
