The process is carried out only once a year from the strictly fresh and freshly harvested product.
The onions are then roasted using the traditional method and the Le cipolle vengono arrostite con metodo tradizionale and the conservation in extra virgin olive oil enhances its quality. This way we are able to preserve the fresh taste of the product for a longer period of time.
It’s a fresh product ready to be savoured.
It can be eaten au naturel as an aperitif or appetizer, but thanks to its versatility it goes super well for enriching salads or compound appetizers or to complement meat dishes, boiled meats, sausages.
They’re excellent as an accompaniment to fresh marinated tuna.
