The best pears and apples, grown with extreme care and love using the organic farming method, are harvested in the orchards at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours.

They are cooked with the sole addition of cane sugar.

The "open air" processing method is the classic method used since ancient times for the preservation of fruit. In fact, after being carefully cleaned and washed, the fruit is simply cooked in a pot with the sole adding only cane sugar.

It’s excellent with freshly toasted bread, "whitened" with mountain butter. A good idea for a rich and healthy breakfast or refined snack!
