The smell of fir resin, barley candy, candied citrus peel and rare smoky scents is immediately noticeable on the nose. On the palate, there is a medium sweetness, with evident notes of malt and caramel. There is a clear reference to animal sensations and toasted barley.
It has characteristic petrol green reflections and contains traces of green algae and microscopic fungi that live on the original plant.
* Crystallizes very slowly and in the presence of larch honeydew (manna).
