The different nectars with rhododendron, raspberry, lime and thyme give this ‘meditation’ honey an amber color, sometimes made dark by the presence of honeydew. The honeys come from flowers and tell the story of the place of origin like digital photographs. Mountain honey is often reminiscent of the scent of thistle stem
and boiled artichoke, an elegant and decisive aroma, where cinchona and rhubarb stand out; of little sweetness it has a long, fresh and vaguely mentholated finish, which, with great harmony, closes the circle of all the senses involved..
