Ethereal on the nose with hints of white flowers and snow; notes of alpine herbs and watermelon peel; sometimes wild thyme. Sweet, intense, round, with a beeswax finish. Rhododendron honey has been known since ancient times as the ‘honey of madness’; but don't worry, ours is sensible!
