The dandelion is a spring/summer plant with a characteristic bitter note, here softened by the sweetness of the seasoned pork cheek of our production and the IGP balsamic vinegar of Modena.

Ingredients: Fresh milk, dandelion 15%, fresh onion, seasoned guanciale 10% (pork, salt, spices, flavourings), Italian EVO oil, butter, balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP 3% (grape must, wine vinegar), smoked bacon (pork, salt, sugar, spices, flavourings), rice flour, sunflower oil, salt, natural flavourings, spices. NO ADDED PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN-FREE.
