The lampredotto soup is a reinterpretation of the typical Florentine recipe, where the Lampredotto recalls the lamprey fish caught centuries ago in the Arno, but is made up tripe, or abomasum.

Water, 30% lampredotto, Italian tomato, fresh vegetables in variable proportions (onions, carrots, celery), fresh potatoes, rice flour, sunflower oil, Trentino red wine (sulphites), tomato paste, smoked bacon, butter, Italian extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, natural flavors, spices. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES AND GLUTEN FREE
