Nebbiolo Apricots

To the best apricots in Prunotto orchards, picked at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours, syrup with Nebbiolo wine and cane sugar is added. The tender little apricots, about the size of a walnut, aregently cooked and placed in glass jars in light syrup made just with water and pure cane sugar. The addition of Nebbiolo wine enhances these properties.

They are excellent to be tasted naturally, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream. The syrup is great to drink!
