These Muscat grapes are grown and harvested under ideal climatic conditions in Austria’s Burgenland region. They are characterized by their intense floral scent and hints of nutmeg.
Harvested at optimal ripeness, the grapes are fermented and distilled. Unlike traditional Italian Grappa, which is made only from pomace, whole grapes are used.
The fruit brandy is then allowed to mature to perfection. The result is a well-balanced distillate with floral aromas and delicate, spicy grape flavors.
