Vineyard peaches in syrup

Nectarines grown in the Prunotto orchards in Alba, the “capital” of the Langhe, are picked at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours, adding natural “light” syrup made with water and cane sugar.

These peaches in particular were traditionally grown in the vineyards and, as a time lunch was eaten in the field, was the fresh fruit after a meal!

Precisely for this reason had to be small but extremely tasty.

The plants grown on the Prunotto farm originate from these very old plants.

They are excellent to be tasted naturally, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream.

The syrup is great to drink!
