Porcini Mushroom Pasta Sauce

At the end of summer, when the land of Langa and Piedmontese Alta Montagna “pays homage” to the best Porcini Mushrooms, this delicious sauce is produced.

All ingredients are selected carefully cleaned and cooked according to the most traditional recipes.

The end result is a product extremely tasty characterized by high amounts of Porcini mushrooms used.

Like all Prunotto products, it is ready to use either by adding it directly to pasta or to enjoy on bruschetta.
