- Prices and payment methods
LAGALPI Sagl, through the website www.lagalpi.com, sells its products at the prices and under the conditions indicated in the “price list” in effect at the time of delivery. Subsequent changes after the purchase order remain reserved.
Packaging and delivery costs are invoiced according to the current postal rates based on the shipment weight.
Prices include VAT at the prevailing rates.

- Delivery

The delivery date mentioned in the order confirmation is for indicative purposes only. Consequently, any delivery delay cannot lead to order cancellation or claims for damages.
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of order submission.
- Transfer of risk

- Acceptance of delivery
The customer must promptly notify LAGALPI Sagl by email if a delivered product shows any defects. In such case, the goods must be returned to LAGALPI Sagl at its expense. A credit note will be issued in favor of the customer.
- Warranty
The expiration date for consumption is indicated on all perishable goods.
- Returns and refunds

- Liability

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss contract law, excluding international conventions, including the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The exclusive jurisdiction is located at the registered office of LAGALPI Sagl in Manno, Switzerland.
