Madernassa Pear in Moscato wine

The pears are harvested at the right ripeness and processed after a few hours, adding natural syrup made from Moscato wine and cane sugar.

The result is a product preserved with the same characteristics of a fresh product with unique organoleptic properties and enhances the distinctive flavor of this particular variety of pear.

They are excellent to be tasted naturally, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream.
