From the roots to the sky
lagAlpi’s structure is that of a tree. A beautiful tree with solid roots in tradition and respect for the alpine territory, that land which is native to lagAlpi and its people. Then there is the trunk, bold and proud, which protects and supports, and in reaching toward the sky brings vital sap to the crown, making an optimistic outlook on the future possible. Finally there is the crown itself, lush and constantly evolving, ready to reach out wherever the future requires in order to overcome the challenges of time.
We are born from, and draw inspiration from, our passion for the alpine and pre-alpine arc and its people, driven and excited by a long journey, many experiences and many dreams, blossomed into intense emotions over generations and many years in close contact with the land.
Our tree’s thick crown reaches toward the future and innovation, while maintaining a deep bond with the roots of that tradition which has been able to bring excellence to maturity.

We would like to breathe the scent of a unique territory; we dream of lagAlpi as a vehicle for a different, innovative kind of sustainability and development, where the people who work the land and the land itself that gives its fruits are the protagonists and have a secure, quality future.

The producer plays a central role in this process: it is thanks to them that tradition has been kept intact, enriched by new technologies for greater protection of the entire production chain. lagAlpi is aware of how important their role is in production and actively and concretely supports them so they can continue to carry out their work – a great passion – for the benefit of all the alchemists of taste.
