Chestnut cream

Made by baking the best marroni (chestnuts) with only the addition of brown sugar and flavored with vanilla, this produces a spreadable and creamy product that is excellent both for eating on bread but also and especially suitable for use as a base for countless chestnut recipes.

The method used is the classic method used since ancient times for the preservation of fruit. Fruit after being carefully washed and clean is simply cooked in a pot with the addition of cane sugar.
