By placing a purchase order, the customer implicitly acknowledges these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- Prices and payment methods
LAGALPI Sagl, through its website www.lagalpi.com, sells its products at the prices and conditions indicated in the “price list” in effect at the time of delivery. Changes after the purchase order thus remain reserved.
Packing and delivery costs are billed according to current postal rates depending on the weight of the shipment.
Prices include VAT according to current rates.
Payment can be processed via credit card.
By using our website, the visitor agrees to allow a third party to process your IP address in order to determine your location for currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie that is automatically removed when you close your browser). This confirmation indicates the products that will be delivered, the approximate delivery date as well as the total price (including VAT, order processing costs and shipping costs).
An order confirmed by LAGALPI Sagl via the website www.lagalpi.com can no longer be revoked.
LAGALPI Sagl, through the website www.lagalpi.com, reserves the right to make partial deliveries if certain products are not available, andthen complete the order once the goods are available again.
- No sale to underage persons
The sale of alcohol-containing beverages to young people under the age of 16, and the sale of alcohol to people under the age of 18, is strictly prohibited by law in Switzerland. By confirming an order through www.lagalpi.com, the customer acknowledges these provisions and confirms that he or she is qualified to make the purchase. LAGALPI Sagl disclaims any responsibility in case of illicit behavior of the client.
- Delivery
Delivery is limited to the following territories: Switzerland, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. For other foreign countries, kindly ask for a quote by email to: info@lagalpi.com
The delivery date mentioned in the order confirmation is only approximate. Consequently, any delay in delivery cannot give rise to either a cancellation of the order or claims for damages.
Delivery is made to the delivery address given by the customer when placing the order.
- Risk transfer
The risks of damage to the goods or loss are transferred to the customer at the time of delivery, regardless of whether the customer is present at the time of receipt.
- Acceptance of delivery
The customer is obliged to report to LAGALPI Sagl by e-mail without delay if a delivered product has defects. In such a case, the goods must be returned to LAGALPI Sagl at the latter’s expense. A credit note will be issued in favor of the customer.
- Warranty
The expiration date for consumption is indicated on all perishable foodstuffs.
- Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of the products sold on www.lagalpi.com, there are no returns or refunds.
- Responsibility
LAGALPI Sagl disclaims all liability, whatever the legal basis, and all claims for damages against LAGALPI Sagl, its employees and occasional collaborators. LAGALPI Sagl, in particular, is not liable for indirect damages, loss of earnings or other personal, material and property damages of customers. Mandatory legal liability, such as in cases of fraudulent intent or gross negligence, remains reserved.
- Additional Provisions

The data necessary for the execution of the order will be recorded and, if necessary, communicated only to member companies for the purpose of the proper conduct of the order received. All private data will, of course, be treated confidentially.
- Applicable law and legal venue
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law of obligations, excluding international conventions, including the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The exclusive legal venue is at the registered office of LAGALPI Sagl, in Manno, Switzerland.
