The fresh parsley is on the basis of this fantastic recipe, typical of the Langhe and Alba, the capital of the Langhe and at the gates of the Roero.
In fact, the “Green Bath” has parsley as a raw material which is then mixed cold with the other ingredients which are always rigorously fresh.
It’s fresh, very fragrant, creamy, tasty and rich at the same time. This is thanks to the parsley which, releasing its essential oils, manages to combine all the ingredients very well, making it particularly delicious.
