Fir honey

The smell of fir resin, barley candy, candied citrus peel and rare smoky scents is immediately noticeable on the nose. The palate is medium sweet with distinct notes of malt and caramel. It has a clear reference to animal sensations and roasted barley.
It has characteristic petrol green reflections. It contains traces of green algae and microscopic fungi that live on the source plants.
*crystallizes very slowly and in the presence of larch honeydew (manna).
