Chesnut Honey

On the nose it has the aromas of dried chamomile over which animal, tannic and cinchona odors prevail. The palate reveals a slightly bitter, slightly astringent flavor with notes of wood, wet tobacco, carob and cocoa bean. Although of floral origin, it has composition parameters similar to honeydew.
