Peaches in wine

Nectarine peaches are grown in the Prunotto orchards in Alba, the “capital” of the Langhe and partly in the Roero.

They are harvested at the right point of ripeness and processed after a few hours.

By adding Moscato wine and cane sugar to obtain this particular and characteristic product.

They are excellent to be enjoyed plain, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream.

The syrup is great to drink!
