Mountain wildflower, linden and chestnut honey

The essence of the Leventina Valley, the gateway that leads us from the North of the Alps to the South. From the apiaries in the area of Faido, but also from the Magadino Plain, comes an alpine flower honey and a plain honey, with strong and fresh floral notes. From the plain, the bees offer a product strongly characterized by the presence of linden and chestnut flower nectars. So, one leaves behind the delicacy of the wildflower produced at slightly higher latitudes, to acquire the aromaticity given by the linden and the slightly bitter aftertaste of the chestnut.
