Produced in Switzerland in the canton of Neuchâtel, the historic stronghold of the Green Fairy, Larusée ‘s signatureabsinthe is conceived according to jealously guarded ancient 19th-century recipes. Indeed, it was the grandfather of Nicolas Nyfeler, one of the company’s founders, who passed on to his grandson the passion and secrets of distilling the most transgressive of drinks. It is only the friendship and synergy created with son-in-law Jean-Pierre Candaux, however, that gave birth to Larusée, a family-run business that in absinthe seeks-and finds! – its most refined and elegant notes.

In fact, when you finally open one of Larusée’s precious bottles, you’ll find yourself immersed in a complex world of aroma that doesn’t look like anything you’ve ever known before. It is the result of the effort in bringing to life a 100% handcrafted product, where the human hand is present in every step of the production process.
