Apricots in Nebbiolo

The finest apricots from the Prunotto orchards, harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness and processed within a few hours, are combined with syrup made from Nebbiolo wine and cane sugar. The result is a preserved product with the same characteristics as fresh fruit, featuring unique organoleptic properties that enhance the distinctive flavor of this particular apricot variety. The addition of Nebbiolo wine further enhances these qualities.

They are excellent enjoyed on their own, simply by opening the jar, or used to prepare delicious desserts, or served over ice cream. The syrup is also excellent to drink!
