Alpine Flower Honey
The different nectars with rhododendron, raspberry, lime and thyme give this ‘meditation’ honey an amber color, sometimes made dark by the presence of honeydew. Honeys are children of flowers and tell the story of the botany of their place of origin like digital snapshots. Mountain honey is often reminiscent of the scent of thistle stalks and boiled artichoke, an elegant and assertive aroma, where cinchona and rhubarb stand out; of little sweetness it has a long, fresh and vaguely mentholated finish, which, with great harmony, closes the circle of all the senses called into play.
