Madernassa Pears in red wine

The Madernassa pears grown in the Prunotto orchards of Alba and the Langhe, are preserved with the addition of another typical product of the area: Dolcetto wine.

The pears are harvested at the right ripeness and processed after a few hours, adding the natural syrup made with Dolcetto wine and cane sugar.

They are excellent to be enjoyed plain, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream.

The syrup is great to drink!
