This particular sauce is obtained by choosing the best peppers from the Prunotto company.

In fact, with freshly picked red peppers, this typical recipe is obtained that brings out the true flavor of fresh peppers.

The peppers are processed manually after a careful selection by cooking them with the other selected ingredients.

This results in a sauce that, thanks to its extremely delicate flavor, is excellent for enjoying both on white meats and to pair with fish dishes. It is also outstanding paired with shellfish.
