Tomini with truffles

The tomino cheese aged by the Prunotto company is produced with cow’s milk, it is preserved with olive oil flavored with truffles.

It is enhanced when grated on pasta.

Tomino has only been considered a typical Piedmontese cheese for a very short time, in fact only recently Italian dairy scholars have taken it into consideration both for the extent of production and for its qualitative qualities.
