Fruit Preserve Red Cranberry – VITIS

Made with slightly acidic wild red cranberries with an intense flavor. The red cranberry (Vaccinium vitis idaea) is a plant of the blueberry genus. Since the red cranberry is insensitive to frost (tolerated down to -22 °C), it is found throughout the Northern Hemisphere – from the northern temperate zone to the Arctic. The fruits, which are rarely eaten raw because of their sour taste, are extremely healthy. In addition to vitamin C, they also contain vitamins B1, B2, B3 and beta-carotene (vitamin A), as well as minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphate. The cranberry used by Alpe Pragas is wild and is particularly appreciated in Alpine and Scandinavian regions for its sharp and intense flavor.

Store in the refrigerator after opening and consume within 2 weeks
