Fir Honey Vinegar

Fir vinegar made from the dark honey of the homonymous plant; the taste is full-bodied, malty with clear notes of honeydew. Its 6.20% acidity is balanced by 140 g / L of residual sugars. Despite a touch of sweetness, this remains a sour vinegar.
