Cider Spirit “Juramine®”

A typical Jura specialty is making a comeback in force: Juramine® is a Jura cider spirit with character. It is made from a cider of selected apple varieties from Ajoie and its woody notes come from aging in oak wood.

The trademark lodged by Jura farmer and distiller Alfred Burrus has been interpreted by the Fleury-Perret company by offering a regional specialty with character, a portrait of the Jura people themselves. A straightforward product made from premium Ajoie apple cider that acquires a share of mystery in the barrel aging process.
