Rhododendron honey

Ethereal on the nose with hints of white flowers and snow; notes of alpine herbs and watermelon peel; sometimes the presence of wild thyme is recognized. Sweet, intense, round, with a finish of virgin wax.
The honey of r. ponticum has been known since ancient times as the “honey of madness”; but don’t worry: ours is sensible!
