Mirabelle Plum Eau-de-vie

Considered the finest plum of its kind, the Mirabelle de Nancy is appreciated by connoisseurs and enthusiasts for its typical full-bodied flavor.

To prepare this brandy, Mirabelle plums grown and harvested under ideal climatic conditions in the Weinviertel region of Lower Austria are used. When fully ripe, they measure up to three centimeters and are golden yellow in color with a reddish blush on the side facing the sun.

The fruits are harvested with great care, crushed, and placed in vats immediately after picking. Once distilled and allowed to mature, the result is an exquisite fruit brandy with the full-bodied taste of Mirabelle plums.
