William Pear with wine

The Madernassa pear is grown in the Prunotto orchards of Alba and Langhe.

The pears are harvested at the right ripeness and processed after a few hours, adding the natural “light” syrup made with water and brown sugar.

They are excellent to be enjoyed plain, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream.

The syrup is great to drink!
