Williams Pears in Syrup

Williams pears are grown in the Prunotto orchards of Alba and the Langhe, owned by the Prunotto company. The processing takes place with the sole addition of cane sugar.

The pears are harvested at the right stage of ripeness and processed within a few hours, adding only a light natural syrup made with cane sugar.

They are excellent enjoyed on their own, simply by opening the jar, or used to prepare delicious desserts, or served over ice cream.

The syrup is also excellent to drink!
