The pomace of Merlot Sassi Grossi is separated from the wine without pressing, immediately afterwards it is distilled in a bain-marie in a still with a dephlegmator at various temperatures.

Bouquet: Delicate, fruity with spicy notes.
Taste: Soft, round and persistent.
