The dandelion is a spring/summer plant with a characteristic bitter note, here muted by the sweetness of our own cured pork cheek and IGP balsamic vinegar from Modena.

Ingredients: Fresh milk, dandelion 15%, fresh onion, seasoned cured pork cheek 10% (pork, salt, spices, flavorings), Italian EVO oil, butter, balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP 3% (grape must, wine vinegar), smoked pancetta (pork, salt, sugar, spices, flavorings), rice flour, sunflower oil, salt, natural flavorings, spices. WITHOUT ADDITION OF PRESERVATIVES AND WITHOUT GLUTEN.
