Fruit Eau-de-vie “Der Inntaler”

“Der Inntaler” is a special composition of honey-sweet quince, fruity Williams pear, and delicate wild raspberry. Named after the distillery Rochelt’s region of origin – the Inn Valley – this distinguished trio is a harmonious cuvée rich in exquisite fruit flavors.

The fruits are first fermented and distilled separately before the precious heart cuts are combined to create “Der Inntaler.” The exact proportion of each variety remains a well-guarded family secret.

Before bottling, the brandy is aged for several years to create a delicate, multi-layered cuvée that brings together the fruity aroma of Williams pear, the complex flavors of quince, and a touch of wild raspberry.
