There used to be around 4000 varieties of the world’s most important fruit. Today, just under two-thirds remain. A number of traditional apple trees have their roots in the Alpine region, where from native and typical apple trees we harvest the fruit that forms the basis of our 3454 Mountain Essence Apple Balsamic. It is the perfect icing for every apple pie and for innovating desserts and even ice cream.
