Plums in syrup

In the Prunotto orchards of Alba, Langhe and Roero, plums are grown which, harvested at the right point of ripeness, are processed after a few hours, adding the natural “light” syrup made with water and cane sugar.

They are excellent to be enjoyed plain, simply by opening the jar or to prepare delicious desserts, or on ice cream.

The syrup is great to drink!
