Wild Raspberry Eau-de-vie

This brandy is obtained from wild raspberries from the forests of the Carpathians, where they grow naturally and are harvested only when fully ripe. At harvest, the small red berries are juicy, intensely fragrant, and flavorful.

Wild raspberry expresses its full strength only in the form of a distillate, if it has not been previously frozen, heated, or blended. For this reason, only fresh raspberries are processed, in order to preserve the original richness and aromatic intensity of this wild fruit.

The production of this exceptional eau-de-vie requires considerable effort: due to their low sugar content, up to 60 kg of fresh raspberries are needed to obtain one liter of eau-de-vie. Unlike raspberry brandy, which contains added alcohol, this brandy is distilled 100% from pure fruit. The result is sublime wild raspberries!
